Lastplace Racing Team

I heared something from Robert Chesters today that 2009.2 is comming soon! He ask me if I am prepared for it!
I go tomorow evening for three weeks in holliday with my family, so dont count me in for this couple weeks! If the championship start until this time I will drive than with F1600 after, because there is no team-mate for me with Target!? Ore?

I go finaly sailing and fishing with my new boat on Croatian see near Zadar! Ok little boat!

There is a sailing kit to make it like a sailing boat! Yes Andy he is safe for that and have some Rigid Inflatable Dinghy (RID)so it makes it stable for sailing!
So wish me nice wind and weather! Puuuh there is 40C° in last time! I hope there is some shadow with only 35C°?

This is not official, but 2009-2 will most likely start around the end of August. Looking like it will only be the F2000, and races will probably be on Saturdays. Again, nothing is set in stone yet, just letting you know where things are kind of at for right now.

I do want to do some server testing (and perhaps a 1-3 event mini endurance series that Tjeerd and I briefly talked about on MSN) but have been too pre-occupied by the Lotus in iRacing the past couple days to start a topic over at GPC. FWIW it's a pretty damn fun drive, but (as Stu has mentioned in the past) the lack of a proper tranny model doesn't make it quite as immersive as it should be.

Hello guys! So as Zoltan went to my country on vacation, we met over there at Ražanac! Since i forgot to bring my camera, we'll have to wait for him to arrive for some pics!

I guess this is the first time that some of the LP team memebers have met somewhere else then virtual tracks

I've met with Roel, Tjeerd and Bram a couple of times already
We live quite close to each other, actually Tjeerd and me work in for the same employer. As did Bram and Roel before I believe.

Puuh soo cold here in germany? Brrr! Just 25-30 C° in comparison with 38-40C° in Razanac, Croatia!

Well, Domo had say the most, we, Domo and me decide to see each other and so we had a nice and interisting day!
Domo comes to his onkel on the other side from the see, where the mountains are! He visit us here in Razanac. We have talk much, make some pictures with couple of cold beers, cofees, Pizzas ec. He so a nice a quiet, warm and inteligent guy, my whole family like him very much to! Especialy Veia! We wouldent forget this day ever! So far we doesnt come all together!
It was very glad for me too se him, as a part of the lastplace team in real life, so behind many other ideas we talk about the idea to make maybe a big step and come all members from GPC, lastplaceteam and others maybe together in europe on some real racing track and have a nice day with driving a real F2000, 1600? Holland, England, Germany? Talking, Restaurant, siting, discuse like a great GPC meeting!
Would be very interristing to see Jaap, Tjeerd, Juha, Arthur, Roel, Phil and the rest of gyus there! But first we need a millionair or something like that as a sponsor! Is there eny body in sight?
Next, we decide to drive in a F1600 team together, if the next GPC Championship comes! I hope it would be like before with all cars too!

So does this meany that you like Razanac? Ok we, Domo and me wait for your visit next year in August! Mayby a start of a yearly lastplace meeting?The airport is 30km near Zadar! Check if you have some flights from Finnland!?
As I said in the chatroom some time before, we want to present you, my family and me with a 1-2 week holliday here-gratis! The high temperatures ar not a problem(we have good cold beer here, suncreame and nice see water to cool down!)
