Will go from 25 MBps download to 90 MBps download and from 2.5 MBps upload to 6 MBps upload.

The upload is the biggest improvement I see. And for netKar also the most required one for you now.
Probably you may want to test dowloading a 100MB iso from a surfnet FTP to test your real download speed.

Btw: Speedtest results for Philps Drachten network, which seem to have more upload then download (in real world: very unlikely):

Tjeerd, you may want to test at a different time. 5pm is not the most quit time on the internet

The only way to know if it's a improvement is too test it with 15 guys. If the connection works for Juha then it should work for everybody

What mean this? Your server improovement would make it better for such low connection such my from alice? I would for shure turn down the fun from rest of the 14 drivers? Ore? Should I change my provider? My contract is now DSL up to 16000Kb! Where should i go?

I'd suggest going for something with higher upload bandwidth. Your upload is still enough for driving on a server but not for hosting one.
