The tires available for download are just graphical updates. They don't change the way the tires behave while driving.
Well isnt that netKar Rank quite the deal. I see it listed me today when I raced on the server. Wow stuff has changed since I was paying attention.
What does it mean on NetKar Rank when it says, needs 14 laps for ranktime. Is a guy to run like 15 laps without going to garage?
No, when you've set a time on all 16 tracks, you get a ranktime, which is your best lap at each track added together. You've set times at Monaco Full GP and Lastplacelake Full GP, so you need to visit 14 more tracks to get a rank.
